1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided by ck365 (referred to throughout these Terms as "ck365", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and ck365.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using all ck365 services. Continued use of the ck365 platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read together with the ck365 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

Use of ck365 services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ck365 operates a strict 18+ age policy across all services without exception.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online casino and sports betting activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether such participation is lawful where you are located.
• You must not be acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party when using ck365 services.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of ck365 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be a person who has been self-excluded from ck365 or from gambling services generally, whether voluntarily or at the direction of a regulatory authority.

ck365 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and source of funds from any user at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money casino games, place sports bets, or make deposits on ck365, you must create a registered account. The following rules govern account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person. Each individual may hold only one active ck365 account. Multiple accounts registered to the same person, mobile number, device, household address, or IP address are prohibited. Discovery of duplicate accounts may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• Accurate information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.
• Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ck365 will never ask you for your password. Any activity that occurs on your account using your credentials is your responsibility. Report suspected unauthorised access to [email protected] immediately.
• PKR denomination. All ck365 accounts are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Balance displays, bet stakes, and payout figures are all expressed in PKR.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

ck365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, and USDT (Tether) cryptocurrency.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the ck365 cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account status.
• Withdrawals must ordinarily be made using the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. ck365 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing withdrawal requests.
• ck365 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment sources. Funds deposited must originate from an account or wallet registered in the name of the ck365 account holder.
• Processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed fastest. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• ck365 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, including requests for documentation evidencing source of funds, before releasing withdrawals above certain thresholds.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, ck365 offers promotional bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback, and other incentives to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts resulting from bonus play are specified in each individual promotion's terms and conditions.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, device, or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• ck365 prohibits bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: placing low-risk, mathematically guided bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements whilst minimising variance; exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play; and coordinating with other players to exploit promotions collectively.
• ck365 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void any resulting winnings, and close any account determined to be engaged in systematic bonus exploitation.
• Promotional offers are subject to change, withdrawal, or modification by ck365 at any time without prior notice.

6. Betting & Casino Rules

The following general rules apply across the ck365 sportsbook and casino. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the platform and supplement these general rules.

• All bets placed on the ck365 sportsbook, including cricket betting markets covering PSL, international Test matches, ODIs, and T20Is, are subject to the settlement rules applicable to each market type as displayed at the time of bet placement.
• In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to an incorrectly priced market, erroneous game outcome display, or technical malfunction — ck365 reserves the right to void bets and restate affected positions.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generation (RNG) software or, in the case of live casino tables, by a live dealer in a controlled studio environment. ck365 does not interfere with game outcomes.
• Any winnings resulting from bets placed using funds that originate from fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise improperly obtained sources will be void and subject to recovery by ck365.
• ck365 reserves the right to impose maximum winnings limits, maximum payout limits per session or per day, and bet acceptance limits at its sole discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck365 platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, voiding of bets and winnings, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Any form of match-fixing, event manipulation, or insider betting using non-public information.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or reversal of deposits already wagered on ck365.
• Use of VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic or account restrictions imposed by ck365.
• Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing a third party to operate your ck365 account.
• Money laundering or using ck365 for the concealment or movement of funds derived from criminal activity.

8. Responsible Gaming

ck365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a suite of tools to help players manage their activity and maintain control over their gambling behaviour. These tools include:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Session time controls — limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Reality checks — periodic in-session notifications displaying time elapsed and money wagered.
• Cool-off periods — temporary self-imposed breaks from the platform, ranging from 24 hours to several weeks.
• Self-exclusion — permanent or long-term exclusion from all ck365 services. Self-excluded players may not attempt to register new accounts or circumvent their exclusion in any way.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ck365 platform — including but not limited to the ck365 logo, brand name, website design, game content supplied under licence from third-party studios, software, text, graphics, and data compilations — is the property of ck365 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use ck365 services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, display, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any ck365 content without express prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ck365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from or connected with your use of the ck365 platform, including — without limitation — loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

ck365 does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, and third-party infrastructure outages may affect service availability. ck365 accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability during periods of betting market activity.

In jurisdictions where limitations on liability are restricted by statute, ck365's liability shall be limited to the minimum extent required by applicable law.

11. Account Termination

ck365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within a prescribed timeframe.
• A request from a law enforcement authority or regulatory body.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a Terms breach, any verified balance remaining after deduction of pending bonus wagering requirements will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Balances resulting from fraudulent activity are not eligible for return.

12. Amendments to These Terms

ck365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ck365 will endeavour to provide advance notice via the platform or by email to registered account holders. Your continued use of ck365 services following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using ck365 services and may request account closure by contacting support.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ck365 is registered and licensed to operate. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of ck365 services, you are encouraged to contact the ck365 support team in the first instance to seek resolution. ck365 will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
